Au lieu d’affronter la justice comme d’autres inculpés le font, l’ex- Première Dame Martine Moïse a choisi de se ranger du côté des dénonciateurs plutôt que de coopérer.
Invitée à la cour d’appel pour répondre aux questions concernant le dossier relatif à l’assassinat de son mari, l’ancien président Jovenel Moïse, Martine évite les procédures menant à la conclusion dans cette affaire.
Quatre ans après l’assassinat de l’ancien chef de l’État, elle dénonce le comportement des anciens opposants de Jovenel Moïse qui avaient promis au peuple haïtien une transition radicale, un « koupe fache », pour rompre avec les anciennes pratiques. Pourtant, la situation, selon Martine Moïse, est devenue beaucoup plus complexe.
Tous les projets initiés par Jovenel Moïse sont au point mort, et la transition « koupe fache » prônée par ses opposants s’est transformée en une transition « koupe rache », comme elle le souligne dans une publication sur son compte X.
Elle exprime également ses critiques face au climat d’insécurité alarmant et à la crise humanitaire sans précédent que connaît le pays, quatre ans après. Martine Moïse précise, dans son message, que les politiciens qui se sont farouchement opposés à son mari ont déployé tous leurs efforts pour déstabiliser l’ancien chef de l’État, jusqu’à son assassinat.
Le constat est amer, souligne encore une fois l’ancienne Première Dame de la République.
