PADEINHA Distributes School Kits to One Hundred Children in the Metropolitan Area

PORT-AU-PRINCE.— In a particularly difficult socio-economic context, where access to education remains a challenge for many Haitian families, the Haitian Democratic Integration Party (PADEINHA) has once again renewed its commitment to children this year. On the occasion of the 2025 school year, the party distributed 120 complete school kits to students from vulnerable families in the metropolitan area of Port-au-Prince.

Each kit contained notebooks, pens, pencils, geometry instruments, and other essential supplies for a good return to classes. But beyond their material aspect, these kits symbolize a true passport to the future, offering children the opportunity to attend their lessons in better conditions, while easing the financial burden on their parents.

The event, marked by solidarity and joy, brought together children, parents, and party members in an atmosphere filled with emotion. The smiling faces of the young beneficiaries proudly receiving their bags full of supplies illustrated the human and symbolic significance of the initiative.

“Each kit given to a child is a promise for the future, a gesture of trust towards Haitian youth,” declared Jean Daniel Charles, head of PADEINHA, during the ceremony.

For many parents, this aid represents concrete relief in the face of growing economic difficulties. As for the children, they are starting this new school year, which began on October 1st in several establishments, with motivation, dignity, and hope.
